Each procurement route is designed to leverage the efficiency of our advanced panelised systems, ensuring precision, speed, and ease of installation at every phase of your project.
We deliver your complete building system to site — panelised walls, floor cassettes, roof structure, and all associated components. What’s included depends on your specification: this can range from raw SIP panels and a kit of structural parts, through to a fully panelised system with windows, doors, services pre-installed, and plasterboard finished.
This route suits experienced main contractors or self-builders with strong site management capability who want to control the erection process themselves.
We supply the full building system and provide our experienced installation crew to erect it on site. You arrange the crane, access, and site logistics — we handle the panel erection itself.
This is a straightforward, cost-effective option for clients who have a main contractor or site manager in place and simply want MMC’s own team doing what we do best: getting the structure up quickly and correctly.
We supply our building system directly to one of our approved build partners, who manages the entire project on your behalf — from initial engagement through to structural completion. Your day-to-day relationship is with the build partner, not MMC directly.
This route suits clients who prefer to work through an established main contractor with full site management capability, while still benefiting from MMC’s certified system and factory quality.
