MMC Eco Homes has successfully achieved full certification from BOPAS in the following areas:

- DESIGNER
- MANUFACTURER
In consultation with the Council of Mortgage Lenders and the Building Societies Association, to provide assurance to the lending community that non-traditional and innovatively constructed systems for which they are asked to lend against, will be readily saleable for a minimum of 60 years.
UKAS accredited
MMC Eco Homes system has undergone rigorous UKAS accredited testing in the Efectis Laboratory to ensure BS EN 1363-1:2020 and BS EN 1365-1:2012 standards are met. All products tested far exceeded the requirements.
CATG Frame mark
MMC Eco Homes system has undergone rigorous UKAS accredited testing in the Efectis Laboratory to ensure BS EN 1363-1:2020 and BS EN 1365-1:2012 standards are met. All products tested far exceeded the requirements.
CATG Frame mark
MMC Eco Homes has been fully accredited with the CATG Frame mark. A third-party certification ensuring all SIP systems are produced to the highest standards.
CE Certified
MMC Eco Homes have been fully certified to carry the CE marking. This signifies that the products sold in the EEA have been assessed to meet high safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.
FSC Certification
All wood used at MMC Eco Homes is sourced through sustainable forests and carries the FSC certification. FSC forest management certification confirms that the forest is being managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers, while ensuring it sustains economic viability. FSC-certified forests are managed to strict environmental, social and economic standards.
UKAS ISO9001 Accreditation
MMC Eco homes has achieved full UKAS ISO9001 accreditation. Accreditation demonstrates to the marketplace that certification bodies are technically competent to audit and certify activity in accordance with the requirements of national and international standards and regulations.
